SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed the faster we can. They are sent by our shipment courier Colissimo.
Shipping rates depend if it’s France, Europe or the rest of the world.
Please fill correctly the form to avoid any surtax.
DELIVERY DELAY
Delivery’s delays can occur. Our liability is not engaged if the delay does not exceed 30 days.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns will only be accepted in case of a damage due to the shipping or a defect declared within three days of delivery via our contact form or by email : contact.morganlou@gmail.com
We reserve us the right to ask you photos of the damage or defect before you return the item. It may happen that we refuse the return if the photos show no damage or defect.

You have also the possibility to deposit the item(s) in our workshop Le Palace, La Briche, 65 rue Paul Eluard, Saint Denis. Send us a mail to make an appointment in advance.

Our jewels are manufactured at the time of order and with the size requested by the client. Accordingly any return due to a wrong size will not be accepted and we shall not be liable for it.
The customer is responsible for all the fees related to return shipment.
The fees for the new shipment are free for the customer.

REFUND
The customer will receive a refund after our assessing the damage or defect. We reserve the right
to return an used part ;
